We are happy to replace defective merchandise only within 1 month of purchase. Because of the custom nature of our bands, Our policy is "All Sales Are Final"-but we want you to enjoy your purchase! If something is wrong with what you ordered please let us know ASAP. Please include a photo of defective product when contacting us.

Q. Can I switch one color for another in a pack?

A. Most of our products are prepackaged and sent from a fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA to provide faster service, which makes us unable to do this.

Q. I can't track my package? Where is my stuff?

A. Once your order has been fulfilled (usually within 48 hours) you will recieve an email containing a tracking number that can be tracked at USPS.com. It usually takes about 24 hours for any information to register in the USPS system. Unfortunatley the USPS is not perfect, and sometimes shipments will not register any information until delivery.

International shipments usually take about 2 weeks, depending on location, and local customs, they can take more or less. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT CHARGES YOUR COUNTRY MAY ADD. Please contact your local post office first as they will be able to give you the most detailed information. If a package has not arrived after 4 weeks and your local post can not locate the package, we will resend. 

For shipments in the US, The GET IT FAST shipping offers Priority Shipping/Processing and usually the order is fullfilled within 24 hours and shipped via Priority Mail which is very quick and reliable at delivering packages within 3 days. Standard delivery in the US typically takes 4-10 days after purchase. If the item has not arrived after 14 days, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it can not be located after 14 days, we will resend.

Q. How long are your SnuG watch bands?

A. They are about 9in without watch installed, and can be sized down to fit a small wrist down to about 5.5in around
